1. Place of shipment and delivery time
   Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Switzerland and enjoy the high-standard quality inspection and logistics services of the European Union.
   Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after successful payment (customized products or promotional periods may be extended).
   International transportation: The logistics delivery time varies by destination and usually takes 7 to 20 working days (excluding customs clearance time).
2. Freight charges and coverage
   Freight calculation: Automatically generated based on the weight, volume and destination of the goods. The final cost is displayed on the settlement page.
   Global delivery: Covering major regions such as Europe, North America, and Asia (Restricted in some countries/regions, please refer to the checkout page for details).
   Free shipping policy: Free shipping for orders within Switzerland over 30 CHF. Free shipping for international orders over 50 CHF (standard delivery only).
3. Logistics tracking and customs clearance
   Logistics inquiry: After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check it in real time through the official websites of DHL/ China Post and other partners.
   Duties and taxes: International orders may incur import duties, which shall be borne by the recipient. It is recommended to check the local customs policies in advance.
4. Delay and Loss handling
   Delayed warning: Extreme weather, holidays or customs inspections may cause delays. Please allow buffer time.
   Lost package: If the logistics information has not been updated for more than 30 days, please contact nunciing@petpetss.com with the order number. We will assist with claim or resend.
5. Returns and Refunds
   Return period: You can apply for a return within 14 days after signing for the item (provided that the product is unused and the packaging is intact).
   Return shipping fee: For returns not due to quality issues, the shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. Quality issues will be fully borne by us.
