  1. Returns and refunds are not supported
    Due to the special hygiene and safety characteristics of pet supplies, all products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold, including but not limited to the following situations:
    Unopened or used goods (such as pet food, toys, cleaning supplies, etc.);
    Customized products (such as engraved name collars, exclusive pet portraits, etc.);
    Special offer promotions or clearance items;
    Mispurchase caused by the customer’s subjective reasons (such as color or size mismatch, etc.).
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If any of the following problems occur, please provide evidence to our customer service email nunciing@petpetss.com within 24 hours after receiving the goods, and we will negotiate a solution for you:
    Transportation damage: The goods are damaged during the delivery process (clear photos of unopened packages must be provided).
    Wrong shipment: The actual received goods do not match the order description (a comparison picture between the order number and the actual item must be provided).
  3. Precautions
    All after-sales applications must be verified by us before processing. False claims will be subject to legal liability.
    It is recommended to shoot an unboxing video as proof when receiving the goods.
    This policy does not exclude the legal rights you are entitled to under local laws.
